Call the nearest service center or visit a local Emirates or SriLankan reservations office.

Allow at least two weeks for tickets to be mailed.

Mailed to member's address on file or may be picked up at local Emirates or SriLankan reservations office.

[edit] Expedited Award Delivery

On the same day as booked, US$75 fee; within seven days, US$50 fee; to be couriered, US$50 fee applies.

[edit] Transferability of Awards

Awards may be transfered to anyone at time of award issuance.

[edit] Changing an Award

Fully unused and unexpired tickets: Re-credited for a US$50 fee. Change in origin or destination within same zone: US$50 fee if the ticket has to be reissued due to addtional taxes. Date changes: No fee.

[edit] Upgrades

Available but expensive (generally round trip upgrade costs almost as much as round trip award, plus you've paid for the fare).
