To request an award, redeem online or call the service center.

Awards will be processed within 14 business days from the date received.

Many awards are available for online instant redemption; otherwise available on select items only for additional cost. Call service center for details.
[edit] Transferability of Awards
Awards may be transferred to anyone at time of award issuance by the person whose name appears on the certificate. Some partner awards may not be transferable.
[edit] Changing an Award
Redepositing points: Points can be instantly redeposited into account upon cancellation of award night, prior to the date of the stay. There is no processing fee. Changes or cancellation of airline tickets: US$50 fee.
